Completed EPIC onboarding and began supervised pediatric sickle cell practice. Current learning includes multidisciplinary rounds, case consultation, psychosocial assessment, and clinical documentation. Upcoming work will expand into resource navigation, family-centered care coordination, crisis intervention, and safety planning.

Training completed: EPIC and electronic health record workflows for reviewing patient information and supporting timely, accurate documentation under supervision.
Skills in development: participating in multidisciplinary rounds and case consultation, with attention to psychosocial risks, protective factors, family context, and continuity of care.
Practice ahead: resource navigation, family-centered care coordination, and supervised crisis intervention and safety planning across healthcare, insurance, financial, bereavement, and community systems.

Presented complex cases to interdisciplinary legal and healthcare professionals, coordinating referrals, intervention plans, and follow-up services.
Administered evidence-based Danger Assessments, developed individualized safety plans, and connected domestic violence survivors with PFA and legal resources.
Provided supervised brief interventions using motivational interviewing and CBT/DBT-informed strategies to support emotional regulation, engagement, and client-directed goals.
Supported 60+ immigrant families with PA COMPASS, Medicaid, SNAP, and community resource navigation to improve access to care and essential services.

Mental Health Program Coordinator

A multi-year foundation in mental-health outreach and program coordination, including a nearly 500-person online support community, a 200+ participant campus festival, and referral collaboration with the university counseling center.

Partnered with the University Counseling Center to launch a digital mental health screening and referral program that reached capacity within 30 days.
Delivered mental health education to 500+ students, promoting mental health literacy, coping awareness, and early help-seeking.
Co-facilitated a campus mental-health culture festival that engaged 200+ verified participants through approximately 10 accessible activity stations.
